Slaughtering takes place on an automated line that enables fast operations with the utmost care in total safety. Carcase classification is performed by qualified personnel trained according to current legislation and holding an appropriate licence.
In 2010 we obtained authorisation, with code IT132ET, to label beef and veal in the ways provided for in the voluntary beef and veal labelling guidelines. Our company is dynamic and flexible, meaning we can offer the highest level of availability in terms of slaughtering days and times.
